Often when I go out to the balcony, Pumpkin seems like he would like to come with. He's started to be a bit of a door dasher too, which is worrisome because the front door opens to the outside. He really likes the carpet too! He spends a lot of time lying on his back with his back paws sticking out and his front paws flopped over onto his chest.
As far as the kitties are concerned, we are all settled in. In fact, I think they would like me to leave more boxes around as they provide climbing and scratching opportunities when full and hiding places when empty. The cat tree -- oops, adoration perch -- is placed in front of the sliding glass door which should get plenty of sun in the winter.
I suppose this means it's official. They even took away my Michigan license -- no clipped corners for them. I was relieved I didn't have to take a test. Maybe they think midwesterners can't be too mercurial behind the wheel? Not so crazy about the wild hair. I even drove to the DMV with the top up.
This VW bus was painted on a wall at the headquarters in Auburn Hills. I wonder how long before the new building tenants paint over it.
